Return & Exchange
For personalized jewelry, we do not accept returns. However, during the design process, we will work closely with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
For pre-designed items, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping
We provide international shipping services.
Within the US, we offer free shipping using UPS, complete with tracking information and signature.
For other countries, shipping is available at a flat rate of $20.
For custom orders, our manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks to prepare your order. You can expect to receive your tracking number within 3 weeks after placing your order. And during this period of time, we also update you very status of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking information will keep you updated on its whereabouts.
