Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, whether custom-made or pre-designed. Absolutely — each piece goes through thorough quality control and inspection before leaving our factory. We still encourage you to carefully check the quality and try on the pieces before making a purchase.
For custom-made jewelry, once a deposit is placed, you have a 48-hour window to request any changes or cancellations. After this time, our production process will begin, and cancellations will no longer be accepted. During the design phase, we will work closely with you—reviewing every detail, making revisions, and updating the design until you are completely satisfied. Production will only begin after your final approval.
Please note: deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are requested after the 48-hour window.

Shipping
We provide international shipping services.
Within the US, we offer free shipping using UPS, complete with tracking information and signature.
For other countries, shipping is available at a flat rate of $20.
For custom orders, our manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks to prepare your order. You can expect to receive your tracking number within 3 weeks after placing your order. And during this period of time, we also update you very status of your order. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the tracking information will keep you updated on its whereabouts.
